Four steps, and the books keep themselves
Set up your batches
Add your sports, grounds and timings, and set the fee for each batch once. Share one join link on WhatsApp — parents enrol their own children and you approve with a tap.
Mark attendance at the ground
Open the batch, tap the names. It works with no signal and syncs when you are back on network. Parents of absent students get a notification.
Parents pay your UPI QR
On the due date each parent sees the amount and your QR code. They pay you directly from GPay, PhonePe or any UPI app, then tap "I've paid" and upload the screenshot.
The due is verified and marked paid
The app reads the amount, reference number and payee from that screenshot and matches it to the due. A clean match is marked paid and receipted. Anything unusual waits for your one-tap approval.

A note from the founder
I'm building Glide hands-on with coaches from India's grassroots sports community — watching how attendance actually gets marked, and how fees actually get chased, then fixing exactly that. Every feature here exists because a coach showed me the problem on their own phone.

Questions coaches ask us
Which sports does this work for?
Any sport that runs in batches — skating, tennis, badminton, swimming, cricket, football, martial arts, athletics and more. Batches, attendance and fees work identically; only the skill ladder and the terminology change, and those come with the sport.
Is my money going through the app?
No. Parents pay your own UPI QR, and the money reaches your bank directly like any other UPI payment. The app only reads the screenshot they upload and marks the due paid. We never hold your fees, route them, or take a cut.
What happens after the early-bird price?
₹199/month is locked for 12 months from your first payment. After that, Pro is ₹499/month — the regular price. You can drop back to the free plan at any time: nothing is deleted, you simply return to the 10-student limit.
Do parents need to install the app?
No. Parents open a link on WhatsApp — dues, your QR code, attendance and report cards all work in a browser. The app is there if they want it.
What phones does it work on?
Android 7 and above, which covers almost every Android phone sold since 2016, budget models included. Attendance works fully offline at the ground. Parents on an iPhone can use the browser version today; a native iOS app comes later.
What if a payment screenshot can't be read?
Then it waits for you. Anything that doesn't match cleanly — wrong amount, unclear image, a reference number we've seen before — goes into a queue where you approve or reject it with one tap. You can always mark a fee paid or record cash yourself. A failed read never blocks a parent.
What does joining the list actually get me?
Early access, help setting your club up, and the ₹199/month price for 12 months when you start paying — as long as one of the 100 places is still open. Joining doesn't reserve a place by itself; it puts you first in line, and we'll tell you before they run out.
